What is the best use of your resources in order to maximize your chances for pregnancy?
Your physician will discuss with you the likelihood that different treatment options will result in pregnancy, given the cost of each of those treatment options. When considering treatment options, it is important to consider the per-month cost of a cycle of treatment, as well as the likelihood of pregnancy per month and the average number of months it may take to conceive on that given treatment plan. We develop a detailed description of treatment options tailored to your specific fertility factors that will help guide your decision-making.
Regardless of insurance benefits, a treatment plan is recommended based on your individual fertility factors. We are aware, however, that the cost of fertility tests and/or treatments is an important consideration for patients. If your insurance has no or limited fertility benefits, our financial counselors will discuss options for case rates (bundled services offered in an all-inclusive, discounted package) to help minimize your expenses. FSMG has developed over 20 case rates that address a wide variety of treatment options. The costs are based on an entire treatment cycle, and each case rate carefully defines when the case rate begins, the services included, and when the case rate ends.
