FSMG IVF/FET Shared Success Refund Program

At FSMG, we are confident in our ability to help you conceive; therefore, we offer an IVF/FET shared success refund program.

The refund program has been created for qualified patients and includes:

  1. one cycle of In Vitro Fertilization (IVF) therapy
  2. subsequent cycle(s) of Frozen Embryo Transfer(s) (FET) therapy until live birth is acheived or there are no more cryopreserved embryos from the one IVF cycle.

If the first Frozen Embryo Transfer (FET) does not result in a live birth AND embryos are cryopreserved then subsequent FETs are included until either a live birth is achieved or there are no more cryopreserved embryos from the one IVF cycle.

The couple in consultation with the physician and embryologist will determine the number of embryos/blastocysts per embryo transfer.  There is NO MINIMUM number required and elective single embryo transfers are encouraged in the (first) fresh transfer.

● The Ethics Committee of the American Society for Reproductive Medicine (ASRM) reviewed “Risk-Sharing or Refund Programs in Assisted Reproduction” originally in 1998 and then again in 2006. The Committee emphasized that patients should understand the advantages and disadvantages of such programs. Patients should understand that they will be paying a higher cost for IVF if they succeed than if they had not chosen the refund program, and that there are considerable collateral costs, such as the medications and anesthesia.

The FSMG IVF/FET Shared Success Refund Case Rate costs $17,600, with a refund of $17,600 if your pregnancy does not result in a live birth. A live birth is defined as a child born who lives more than 24 hours post-delivery. We can make you this offer because of:

  • Our outstanding team of physicians, clinicians, and embryologists
  • Our ability to match this program to the appropriate patients based on our proprietary clinical database
  • Our outstanding live birth rates with this group of qualified patients
