Covid-19 Protocol (revised 2/22/23)
Please do not come to the clinic if you are experiencing any symptoms of COVID 19
When you arrive at our clinic for any in-office appointments, you will be asked to maintain social distancing guidelines, as well as complete a screening questionnaire
If you do not meet our Covid screening criteria, you will be asked to reschedule.
Please wear a tight-fitting mask.
Partners and/or a support individual may accompany you to an IUI, Obstetric ultrasound, egg retrieval, or embryo transfer.
To maintain social distancing guidelines, for all other in-office appointments, only patients are permitted in the clinic.
Individuals under the age of 18 may not enter the clinic, unless they are a patient.
